James Michael West.

Broker/Owner. Since 1980 James Michael has been a successful real estate sales broker. In 1980 one of his first sales was four different appartment complexes to an investor. Which insisted that he manage those units for him. This challenge has taken him to law school and numerous class hours studing landlord/tenant law.

Melissa J. West.

She is the office manager for Central Valley Realty. She is a college graduate and multi- lingual. Her duties include acting cheif accounting officer.

Pamela Hargrave

She was a teacher who tought special ed, childeren. She is a resourse specialist who works for Riverside County School Distric. She is a college graduate with her masters degree in FAMC. She brings us a wealth of knowledge in customer relationships. She also serves as a property manager and supports the accounting department.

Kathy Anderes Broker/Owner

She brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to us. She is a highly skilled professional and an asset to our firm.

Judee Roberts

Office Manager of Central Valley Realty Inc.. She is a part of the CVRM team since March 23, 2006. Judee has managed her family rentals for 14 years and has grew up in the business witch leaves her with very valuable skills for our firm. Judee enjoys her family and working for CVRM, she also plans on continuing her education in Real Estate.

Craig Broussard

A native of Los Angeles, earned a bachelor's degree in Marketing from Morehouse College and has been working in real estate and financial services since 1987.  He is real estate licensed and specializes in managing single family residence homes in the High Dessert (Hesperia, Victorville, & Apple Valley).

Michael Jason West

Michael "Jason" is the newest member of the team. He is real estate licensed and specializes in property manager. He is currently training to be a general manager/partner.

Jennifer Doenig

Jennifer Doenig is the newest member of CVRM. Originally from Germany she joined our team earlier this year. Jennifer graduated from the Business School for Public Relation and her education also includes, computer information systems, net working, accounting, bookkeeping, training and organizational skills. She is looking forward to expanding her knowledge in the Real Estate industry.
